•People in an altered emotional state and/or under the influence of alcohol and/or medicine, drugs or other substances that may affect physical and mental state;
• People with impediments and/or physical or mental problems of any nature, including heart and balance problems;
• People with hernia or injury or spinal problem and/or major bone damage;
• People with fractures or musculoskeletal and tendon problems of any nature;
• People with neurological disorders or conditions linked to the central or peripheral nervous system or any other condition;
• People with orthopaedic and/or dental prostheses;
• People who have recently had injury and/or surgery and/or currently have infections;
• People who wear contact lenses;
• People wearing accessories like necklaces, bracelets, earrings, piercings, glasses, hair clips, GoPro type kit, mobile phones, etc;
• Pregnant women (confirmed/suspected).
It is forbidden to adopt any position other than the position indicated by the operator and/or remove and/or unfasten and/or tamper with the safety device.

It is compulsory to wear a t-shirt. It is compulsory to wear the safety devices provided by the operator and follow all the instructions given in these regulations and by attraction staff. Using the attraction may pose a risk for Visitors’ health and safety. Exercise extreme care and caution and be aware of your physical abilities. By signing the liability disclaimer, Visitors assume full responsibility for all risks deriving from using the attraction and release the Management from all liability. The Management declines all and any responsibility if a Visitor makes a false and/or mendacious declaration in the Disclaimer signed before accessing the attraction. The Management reserves the right to deny access to the attraction at any moment if it judges there to be a direct or indirect impediment of any nature whatsoever. The attraction must be booked because of limited availability and is not included in the entrance ticket. Payment for the attraction cannot be refunded for any reason.

The attraction has an automatic video filming system. You must carefully read the instructions on the terminal at the departure point and give consent for use of your image in any videos filmed, and register. You must provide an active correct email address to register. The video will only be delivered and published if authorised by the operator who reserves the right to stop filming if inappropriate language is used or other behaviour renders the video unsuitable for publishing. The Management is not responsible if the video is not delivered or published.
