The kids' area has two sections:
Pirates’ Bay pool, with a sandy bottom, shallow water, and kid-friendly attractions for kids up to 140 cm tall (4 feet, seven inches), surrounded by umbrellas among palm trees and white sand.
Dry area with three exciting attractions out of the water.
Pool around the Laguna de Oro, with no sand on the bottom and a constant height of 90 cm (3 feet). Perfect for those looking for a quiet area still in the middle of the Park to soak up the Caribbean atmosphere under palm trees.
Two areas that have something for everyone:
Shark Bay is Caribe Bay's entertainment hub, set around its most eye-catching pool with a sandy bottom and sloped entrance. Every hour is marked by the launch of new waves. Music, a beach bar, and a lively atmosphere make it the Park's lively heart.
The new Silver Cove area has a scenic terrace with a refreshment point, services, and a beach bar serving Caribbean cocktails. The perfect place to relax away from the Park's busiest areas, still full of fun

You can buy your umbrella or gazebo by 10 pm the day before your visit. The umbrella or gazebo is non-refundable, but you may change the date by 10 pm the day before.
If no more umbrellas are available online for your selected date, a limited number of umbrellas are available within the Park for purchase after entrance, subject to availability.

When you enter the park, we will give you the ticket to display on your sun umbrellas together with your electronic wristband which opens and closes the safe box. You can skip the sun umbrella kiosk queue and go straight to your chosen sun umbrella.
- What are the benefits of paying for your sun umbrella online?

Umbrella availability is limited.
Paying for your sun umbrella in advance guarantees your pitch. You can choose your position and skip the queues in the park! - Can I change my sun umbrella booking date?

If you cannot go to the Park on the date you chose, you can change your reservation following the instructions in the confirmation email or by accessing your Caribe Bay account, except in some specific cases.
You can change your umbrella booking from your original section by 10:00 pm the day before your visit, always subject to availability. After that point, the date can no longer be changed.
If the date change is from low to high season, you must pay the difference between the rates. However, if the date change is from high season to low season, the price difference will not be refunded.
Depending on availability, on some dates, you may not be able to change the date and keep the same umbrella/gazebo location and therefore the same rate. If the change in location means a higher price, you must pay the difference between what you have already paid and the rate of the new choice of umbrella/gazebo position. However, if the change in location means a lower cost than already paid, the price difference will not be refunded. - When is it not possible to change the booking date?

You can change the booking date if you have purchased a Special Limited ticket and you want to change the umbrella hire booking date within the ticket validity period (June and September). If you want to pay a surcharge and visit the park in July and August, you cannot change the umbrella hire booking date for technical reasons and umbrella hire will not be refunded.
- Can I change my umbrella location?

You can change your umbrella location by 10:00 pm the day before your visit, always subject to availability. After that point, the umbrella location may no longer be changed.
If the change in location means a greater price, you must pay the difference between the price and what you have already paid. However, if the change in location entails a lower cost than already paid, the price difference will not be refunded. - What is meant by low and high season?

High season is from 1/07 to 31/08 and also includes all weekends (Saturday and Sunday) in May, June, and September. Low season therefore also includes weekdays in June and in September.
- What is the difference between Diamond, Gold, and Silver?

They describe the different categories of umbrella locations based on their position relative to the pools, attractions, and services. Diamond locations are the best quality, Gold are intermediate, and Silver are more basic. Prices vary by category.
- What happens if the park is closed?

If the park is closed for bad weather or other reasons, you will receive an email with instructions for changing your sun umbrella booking and selecting a new date for your visit. If you change your booking, the sun umbrella position you want may no longer be available and you will have to select another.
- Can I give my sun umbrella hire to another person?

The ticket receipt for online payment of a sun umbrella, which must be displayed on the umbrella, will be given by the ticket office to the holder of the ticket entered during payment. You can therefore give away your sun umbrella hire if you also give away your ticket.
- Why are some dates not available?

Some dates may not be available because all umbrellas available online are already booked or because your ticket does not allow advance booking on that particular date. (For example: the Special Ticket, valid 6 days after purchase, does not allow advance sun umbrella booking on dates not compatible with your entrance ticket)
